Strategic Information Technical Lead


LOCATION: Mbabane, Eswatini


Pact seeks a Strategic Information Technical Lead for the  USAID-funded project entitled Swaziland Ready, Resourceful, Risk Aware (Triple R): OVC, Adolescent Girls and Young Women. The objective of the project is to prevent new HIV infections and reduce vulnerability among orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), adolescent girls (AG) and young women (YW) in Swaziland.  The project is expected to result in mitigation of the impact of HIV, reduction in new HIV infections, and improved HIV clinical outcomes for the above target groups.

The Strategic Information Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of M&E and Information management systems to ensure appropriate tracking and assessment of all project activities. They will have primary responsibility of donor reporting on project outputs and outcomes and for ensuring quality of interventions. They will be responsible for all data submissions in accordance with PEPFAR and USAID requirements. The Strategic Information Technical Lead provides technical guidance and support to sub grantees in establishing and implementing their monitoring and evaluation systems for the project. They will oversee the M&E and Information systems development teams.
